Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Scooter
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
